Returns Policy

I will accept returns on products if they differ significantly from the item description.

You may return an item if it arrives damaged or is defective in some way, however, before you post the item back to me, please contact me with pictures of the damage as we may choose to simply replace the item or part. Do not post the item back to me until I have talked with you about it.

Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.


Distance selling returns and refund policy

  • If you are based within the EU: Where we are supplying consumers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves, rather than for a business) you, the shopper have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with ourselves, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned after the goods arrive back at our offices, 41 Lingfield Drive, Eaglescliffe, Cleveland, TS16 0NU and this will be at your cost originally but you will then be reimbursed for these, they must be sent recorded delivery at least as they are your property until we receive them back in such a way. There are variations to these rules where you are ordering customised goods, dolls on pre-order as classed as this, these are not returnable unless damaged and then the new part can be ordered free of charge and sent to your address.
  • If you are based outside the EU: We are happy to provide the same service as outlined above whether you live in or out of the EU.
