1  Will I get my doll faster if I order it without face up?

7  I read your FAQ, and under the question about faceup, you said that they would not look exactly like the dolls on the pictures (which, of course, is understandable). But, will the faceup look even a bit like it? Is the pictures a guideline of what you could expect?

8  What if my doll box is damaged in shipping?

9  What happens if I cancel my layaway or preorder?

10  What if the doll head I order doesn't match the body I already have? Or if the doll hands I just ordered doesn't match the doll I've had for 6 months? Is this considered a defect or damaged merchandise?
